Rocky Road Scone (食譜)

做了個夢,夢到爸爸在中環買了個樓上鋪給我開店。怎麼跟毛毛說這個夢就真的被他罵﹣真係發夢呀!不過anyway我感覺有天我會開一家小小的cafe來養老,朋友們都會來吃吃蛋糕聊聊天那樣很relax又很enjoy的。

一早起來突然想弄cookies,很久很久都沒有弄過了。用了Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut corn flakes和peach為材料,名叫Rocky Road honey Scone。…對呀!不是cookies嗎…為什麼出來的結果是scone?我也不太清楚自己在搞什麼鬼。除了它,我還弄了個Peachy Cream Cake…這個蛋糕嘛…弄得好醜!這是早上的工作。

9 Serves Ingredient
≫ Canned Peach or any dry fruit (Chopped)
≫ 1 Cup Churky nut Corn Flakes
≫ 110g Butter
≫ 1/2 Caster Sugar
≫ 1 3/4 pain flour
≫ 2 Teaspoon baking powder
≫ 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
≫ 1/4 Cup milk

Process
1. Preheat oven to 220.
2. Place the baking paper on the tray (aviod stricking on).
3. Cream the butter with Sugar.
4. Add flour and baking powder. mixed.
5. Add vanilla essence.
6. Add chopped fruit and corn flakes.
7. Place mixture size like a ball or flat like cookies on the prepare tray.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.

Tips
≫ bake till golden colour.
≫ the cake might not sweet enough for most of the people, i suggest to serve with honey.
≫ I prefer size like a ball because the cookies would be crunchy outside and soft inside.
