這兩個星期的工作(食譜)

這一次過包了七十隻水餃.
用了大量的菜和少量的魚肉.
不過很懶的私去woolworth買水餃皮
可是都很厚.
下次還是自己做好了.

水餃皮食譜:
1.水和麵粉以一比三的比例.
2.水慢慢加進麵粉裡輕手拌勻.
3.拌成麵圈後用力揉搓將空氣打出.
4.直到麵團光滑就用濕布包圍放二十分鍾.
5.然後把麵團分等分.
6.分成比湯圓大一點的形後滾圓成形.

還做了個香蕉蛋糕給rena吃.
這一次用了兩陪的分量.
烤出來質地比較好.

另外也烤了個手工餅乾.
之前有點懶用手打去代替油搓粉法.
可是出來的效果遠差人意.
原來要餅乾香髿還是要用手指慢慢搓.

另外,天氣開始轉涼了.
整個人和皮膚都很乾.
所以這一個星期分別煲了不同的湯水.
雪梨豬骨,番茄排骨,番茄煲雞,蘋果雞湯.
在湯煮好以後也另外煮個水餃或是山東麵條.
之後把湯加進去一起吃,很方便.

    sorry that i’ve been busy on my internship for last few months.
    acutally i’m grad and back to hong kong.
    now i’m seeking for job.
    how are you going there?
